As a PPS employee, you actively contribute:
- Scheduling, timing and monitoring of customer and production orders
- Checking and correcting order data in the ERP/PPS system
- Monitoring ongoing orders (WIP) as well as initiating and communicating schedule changes
- Acting as a hub between Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing and Production
- First-level support for order- and production-related queries
- Managing and tracking customer orders regarding deadlines, priorities and capacities
- Deputising within the team
- Contributing to the optimisation of planning and order processing procedures
- Supporting projects in production, supply chain and digitalisation
- Supporting operational purchasing with delivery date clarifications and administrative procurement tasks
You bring the following and are therefore a great asset to us
- Basic logistics or technical training, ideally with further education in PPS, logistics or supply chain management
- Experience in production planning, order processing or scheduling in a manufacturing company
- Good ERP and MS Office skills
- Networked thinking and understanding of production processes
- Enjoy working with various internal interfaces
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Organisational talent and a high sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
