The Sonic Suisse SSD (Support Services Division) combines central functions in sales & marketing, IT, finance, HR and medical services. Customer Service & Systems Integration Associate
Your Responsibilities
In this versatile role, you will support our customers and partners, especially on topics related to the connection of practice software and electronic data exchange. You will make a significant contribution to professional support and high service quality. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Planning, coordinating and implementing system integrations as well as laboratory and practice connections in collaboration with customers, partners, IT and sales
- Advising and supporting customers as well as serving as an internal contact person for sales and customer service
- Analysing disruptions and customer concerns as well as developing and following up on solution proposals
- Ensuring service quality and compliance with agreed response times
- Close collaboration and interface function with internal departments such as IT, laboratory, logistics, finance and sales
- Creating and maintaining documentation, work instructions and training materials
- Participating in projects and actively shaping the further development of service processes and tools
Your Profile
- Completed training in practice, laboratory or IT fields, or equivalent professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of data exchange formats such as xDT, HL7 as well as XML, network and peripheral device configuration and administration of personal computers/workstations
- Solid knowledge in system integration and project management is an advantage
- Experience in the introduction, support and training of applications, preferably in the laboratory/practice environment
- Service-oriented, analytical and solution-focused working style
- Driving licence category B
- Experience with ticket systems (ideally Service Desk Plus), CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of English, French or Italian is an advantage
