Your tasks
As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you are the central link between our customers, local service teams, and global digital experts.
You take responsibility for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of our digital solutions – with a strong focus on connectivity, traceability (ITS), and IoT environments in healthcare.
You enjoy working closely with customers, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring that digital solutions provide real operational added value.
This includes the following main tasks:
- Act as the point of contact for our digital solutions in Switzerland
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware solutions at customer sites
- Lead or support locally (e.g., migrations, system harmonization)
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and training
- Coordinate and resolve technical support cases
- Work closely with service teams, product management, and global digital support
- Support tenders and customer discussions from a technical solution perspective
- Drive continuous improvements, updates, and upgrades
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
- Act as a trusted partner and ambassador for digital solutions both internally and externally
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, according to company requirements and your areas of expertise
- Travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad (approx. 10–50%)
- Combination of on-site customer work and remote activities
Your profile

- Education in IT, automation, electronics, or similar (education, HF/FH – ES/HES or equivalent)
- Solid experience in IT systems, networks, and software environments (Windows / ideally Linux)
- Understanding of interfaces, connectivity, and system integration
- You combine technical expertise with strong customer interaction skills.
- Experience in technical support, field service, or project environments is a big plus
- Knowledge of healthcare and CSSD environments is an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented, and practical
- Familiar with independent work and working in different teams
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Interest in training others and sharing knowledge
- Flexible mindset with willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities if needed
- English: very strong (at least B2+, ideally C1 – spoken and written)
- German or French: fluent (C1 preferred) / good command of the other language preferred
- Italian is a plus
