What you will learn with us

• Reception and telephone: You are often the first voice our customers hear – from emergencies with dripping taps to requests for quotes.
• Administration with purpose: Quotes, invoices, order processing – you will see how an enquiry becomes a finished bathroom.
• Digital working: Fully digitalised incoming mail, modern tools instead of piles of paper.
• Accounting and personnel administration: You will gain insight into all areas of an SME – not just one department.
• Organisation of appointments, deployment planning and events: there is always something going on with us.

What you bring with you

• Completed secondary school (Sek A or good Sek B)
• Enjoyment in contact with people – on the phone, by email and in person
• Good German in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus
• Reliability, curiosity and eagerness to work independently
• Interest in technology and crafts is not a disadvantage – but not a must

Rutz & Co AG was founded in 1933 in Oberengstringen and is now based in Weiningen (Fahrweid). With around 34 employees in the office, sanitary and heating teams, we realise projects from new builds and renovations, bathroom refurbishments, heating replacements to sanitary emergency services – for private clients, businesses and the public sector in Zurich and the surrounding area.
