Shape accounting instead of just managing it!

You deliver financial statements accurately, think analytically and want to actively develop processes, reports and systems further? Then a versatile key role with responsibility and scope for creativity awaits you.

Your tasks

- Independent preparation of annual and interim financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations for several group, affiliated and
construction companies (including joint ventures).

- Central contact person for audits and review bodies as well as professional support (e.g. accruals,
valuations, VAT, etc.) for the CFO and finance team.

- Development and enhancement of Abacus reports as well as optimisation of project, contribution margin and
profitability analyses.

- Identifying and implementing process improvements, further development of Abacus configurations and
interfaces as well as coordination of projects with internal/external partners.

- Supporting the finance team in daily business (accounts payable workflow, reconciliations, joint venture accounting, etc.).

Your profile

- High confidence in financial statement preparation according to Swiss Code of Obligations and several years of experience in accounting within an SME.

- IT affinity and very good Abacus knowledge in financial accounting and fixed assets; AbaProject and/or AbaBau are advantages.

- Independent, structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style (high self-motivation is a "must").

- Enjoyment in process optimisation and continuous development of accounting.

- Clear communication, strong coordination skills and entrepreneurial (solution-oriented) thinking.

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Your opportunity

You will work closely with the CFO and take on a professionally and operationally central role in accounting. As an interface between the finance team, management, board of directors and external partners, you actively shape financial management tools and processes. With your service and coaching skills, you also support and further develop a heterogeneous team.
