What to expect

• Managing and processing the invoices of international temporary staff (Joint Institution KVG)
• Checking the insurance-related aspects based on the Bilateral Agreements and sending the S-forms via RINA
• Ensuring and coordinating the professional, correct handling of entries and exits as well as recoveries
• Active collaboration with various internal and external bodies

What you bring

• Commercial basic education EFZ or high school diploma
• Initial professional experience in health insurance; knowledge of the Free Movement of Persons Agreement and the bilateral agreements between Switzerland and the EU/EFTA countries (especially within the framework of insurance law) is an advantage
• Good MS Office user skills as well as confident German and foreign languages are an advantage
• High self-responsibility as well as efficient and independent working style
