Your varied tasks include

• Independent customer support and order processing from A to Z
• Management of the product assortment and communication with our suppliers
• Support of product and category management
• Close cooperation with field sales and logistics partners
• Maintenance of product data and content in the webshop
• Participation in projects and process optimisations

Your profile

• Commercial training with experience in internal sales
• Customer-oriented and reliable personality with initiative
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in contact with customers and suppliers
• Digital affinity and confident handling of product and webshop data
• Very good German and good English skills; French desirable
• Confident use of MS Office
• SAP and/or medical technology knowledge is a plus
