What you can achieve
- Introduction, further development and operation of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
- Establishment and maintenance of a central CMDB including definition of data models and governance
- Further development and operation of Jira Service Management as a central service management platform
- Establishment of ITSM standards, methods and best practices (ITIL-oriented) within the organisation
- Ensuring service quality through KPIs, reports and continuous improvements
What you bring with you
- Solid experience in IT Service Management
- Experience with Jira Service Management or comparable tools
- Knowledge in building and operating a CMDB as well as in service modelling
- Understanding of process design, implementation and organisational anchoring
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and high service orientation
