Technical Buyer (m/f/d)
Our client is an innovative Swiss industrial company specialising in precision and manufacturing technologies. Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the operational procurement of technical components and material disposition.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out procurement activities for technical components
- Ensuring material supply including deadline monitoring
- Creating requests, obtaining offers, and comparing offers from various suppliers
- Complaint management
- Supporting strategic purchasing in obtaining offers and price negotiations
- Optimising processes and workflows
- Maintaining master data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
- Technical or commercial basic training as well as business management further education
- Proven experience in technical purchasing, ideally in industry
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Negotiation skills and good communication abilities
- Organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of technical components and materials is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
