What you can achieve

Maintain share register: You are responsible for daily processing, trading, employee shares, correspondence and custody management
Organise general meeting: You are responsible for the statutory tasks around our annual general meeting - from sending invitations to attendance control - and organise the balance sheet media conference
Support CFO: You support the CFO and the Finance & Services department with a variety of administrative and organisational tasks. These include, among others, appointment coordination, meeting preparation, event organisation, digital filing and the revision of reports.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial education and at least ten years of professional experience, ideally in the area of assistance or share register. Interest in financial topics rounds off your profile
• Administrative and organisational tasks suit you. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You express yourself confidently in spoken and written German and have good English skills
• Discretion and integrity are a matter of course for you. At the same time, you convince with initiative, reliability, empathy and a strong service orientation
• You enjoy working in a team, take initiative independently and bring the necessary calm and composure for a versatile environment.
