The Group Marketing Communications (Group MarCom) team within the Group Communications function is in charge of protecting and reinforcing the METTLER TOLEDO brand globally in all aspects of the Corporate Identity and the Corporate Design. To strengthen our Team we are looking for a proactive person as a Graphic Designer 100% (all genders)In this role, your responsibilities would include: Create and design layouts for various marketing collaterals, including (but not limited) to social media graphics, website visuals, infographics, product brochures, guides, posters, flyers, presentations, and interactive contentCollaborate cross-functionally: work closely with marketing, content, product, and development teams to translate strategic objective into compelling visual solutionsMaintain brand consistency: exercise quality control of own work to ensure compliance, ensure all digital designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across all platformsManage multiple projects: effectively prioritize and manage several design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality standardsDrive digital innovation: proactively research, experiment and propose solutions with emerging digital design trends, AI tools, and technologies to keep our brand at the forefrontStay ahead of the curve: continuously learn and adapt to new software, design methodologies, and technological advancements in the digital design and AI space
