WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL BE ABOUT

1st year 

• You will participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all apprentices from Switzerland.
• You will get to know the routines in the branch
• You will be supported at vocational school and in sales conversations with customers to shine.

2nd year

• You will be given responsibility for certain tasks in the branch
• You will become a sales professional with the support of your trainer
• You will be trained in ordering goods and warehouse management and help with promotions and seasonal placements.

3rd year

• You will be specifically prepared for your final exam in a two-day seminar so that you can master it with flying colours.
• You will gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.
• In the third year, you will take on a central role in the branch and can already take responsibility for your own department.
