Operations Assistant, 100% (permanent)

 Your tasks

• Ensuring quality-compliant, timely and cost-effective production while adhering to safety, environmental and economic aspects of the assigned production lines
• Responsibility for the implementation of optimisation projects
• Contributing to the development of an efficient, future-oriented and economically viable production unit.
• Ensuring uniform systems (operating documentation) and collection of process data
• Evaluating production data based on the principles of Lean Six Sigma
• Technical leadership of production staff as well as training of production staff in various safety, production and quality aspects
• Personnel, organisational and technical leadership of employees in the production operation in the absence of the operations manager

 Your profile

• Completed studies in chemical or process engineering FH/TU/Uni. Further training in business administration is an advantage.
• Several years of production experience (at least 5 years), ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills; willingness and ability to constructively and critically question situations and phenomena
• Openness to constant change in a dynamic environment
• Familiar with the basic rules and laws of occupational hygiene, product and plant safety
• Excellent IT, German and English skills
