Your Tasks
- Support the preparation of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) inputs for bids, proposals, and project documentation related to aircraft and Ground Based Training Systems (GBTS), covering both entry-into-service and in-service phases
- Take ownership of the development, analysis, and presentation of through-life / life cycle cost estimates across a wide range of ILS support scenarios
- Respond to internal and external customer requests on ILS programme-specific topics across both entry-into-service and in-service phases
- Collect and analyse engineering (e.g. reliability & maintainability) and cost data to support informed supportability analysis and decision-making, while ensuring ILS documentation is maintained for ongoing support programmes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support solutions, optimise support costs, and strengthen support modelling and overall proposal development
- Review, analyse, and report through-life support costs against contractual requirements to support the effective delivery of ongoing support programmes
With this you convince us
- A solid understanding of aviation, supported by a degree or vocational training in ILS, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Relevant practical experience, such as an internship or up to two years in customer support, bids & proposals, or an ILS environment, is advantageous
- Comfortable using MS Office applications; any exposure to ERP or CRM systems would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately with cost, financial, and operational data, supported by a basic understanding of support contracting and the key cost drivers within support solutions
- Very good command of English (minimum C1 level), with clear written and verbal communication skills; German language skills would be an advantage
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with proven ability to work within cross-functional teams and effectively communicate or present ILS topics to internal and external customers, supported by a commitment to ongoing professional development
