About the job

Those undergoing training in psychotherapy are looking for a position where treatment, professional guidance and medical collaboration complement each other meaningfully. This is exactly what we are building at klaroADHS for psychological psychotherapy, and you will help shape it. You will work under the professional supervision of an experienced manager and closely with a medical team specialised in adult ADHD.

klaroADHS is a specialised outpatient service for the assessment and treatment of ADHD in adults, with locations in Zurich and Biel and supplementary video consultations. The provider is 1050Medical GmbH.

What to expect

• Psychotherapeutic individual treatments for adults under the ordering model, on-site and via video consultation
• Planning, documentation and reports on your treatments
• Case discussions and coordination with the ordering doctors
• Co-designing the development of the psychological psychotherapy department

What you bring

• Master’s degree in psychology (recognised in Switzerland)
• You are already in psychotherapy training
• Very good German skills (at least C1)
• Willingness to work regularly on-site at one of the two locations
• Careful, responsible working style and enjoyment of clearly structured processes

What we offer you

• Regular supervision and case discussions
• Contribution to your training with cost support and training days
• CHF 80,000 to 90,000 gross annual salary for a 100% workload
• Working hours Monday to Friday, no weekend, night or on-call duties
• Flexible division between presence and video consultation, workload from 60 to 100%
• 5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks from age 50
• Scope for shaping the development of a new department
• Workplace Zurich or Biel, easily accessible by public transport
