Your tasks:

• Creation of architectural services for demanding projects
• Support of new construction projects, single-family houses, multi-family houses and municipal buildings
• Close contact with sales, planners, investors and clients
• Project development from realisation to handover

Your skills:

• Architect (FH/ETH)
• Creative ideas, functional thinking as well as business understanding
• Sense for constructive and clever solutions
• Team spirit and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of building law and BIM planning
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, ArchiCAD, NPK, optionally BauPlus and Buildagil
• High affinity for digitalisation such as BIM, automated production etc.
