What to expect
- A small, well-coordinated building services team with three employees
- Lots of personal responsibility and scope for creativity in the daily work routine
- A varied role in a complex building infrastructure
- A versatile technical environment with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, lift, fire alarm, locking and sprinkler systems
- Minor repairs, maintenance work and projects that you implement independently
- Collaboration with external specialist companies and coordination of their deployments
- On-call duty as well as varied technical challenges in everyday life
What you bring with you
- A completed apprenticeship as a building services technician EFZ or an equivalent technical basic training at EFZ level
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in building maintenance, facility management or a comparable field
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- An independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Technical understanding, manual dexterity and physical resilience
- A neat appearance, good manners and a service-oriented attitude
- Driving licence category B and willingness for on-call duty; a forklift licence is an advantage
