- You support the preparation of invoices and corresponding coordination tasks
- You carefully record and maintain customer data in the systems
- You handle written and telephone enquiries in a friendly and clear manner
- You look after customers in your area of responsibility
Requirements Profile
- You have completed commercial training (EFZ)
- Work experience in a comparable position is highly welcome
- You have a very good command of German and are confident in French!
- You like to work precisely, learn quickly and appreciate clear processes
- As a personality, you convince through reliability, openness and service orientation
- You are confident in using MS Office
