To strengthen our Carriers-Haulage Team in Basel, we are looking for a motivated and committed Freight Forwarding Clerk

Your Tasks

• Processing and coordination of transport orders from/to seaports to/from the hinterland
• Communication with customers, transport companies, and agents.
• Preparation of transport documents.
• Monitoring and ensuring timely processing
• Preparation of follow-up and preliminary offers.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably in freight forwarding.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
