Introduction

Our client is a medium-sized, well-established fiduciary company in Zurich. The company serves a diverse clientele ranging from SMEs to larger companies, entrepreneurs, and private individuals, placing great emphasis on personal and long-term collaboration.

As part of the company’s further development, we are seeking an experienced individual
with the desire to take on more responsibility in the short to medium term and to develop towards partnership within 4-5 years.

Type of Work

In this role, you will manage your own client base and increasingly take responsibility for demanding mandates. The focus is not only on technical matters but also on personal client advice:

• Independent management and advice of national and international clients
• Leadership of demanding fiduciary mandates
• Preparation and review of client accounting and annual financial statements
• Tax advice for natural and legal persons
• Consulting entrepreneurs and SMEs on business management issues
• Leadership and support of employees
• Responsibility for the quality and further development of the managed mandates
• Maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships
• Participation in the company’s further development and strategic matters
• Depending on experience and interest, the possibility to gradually assume additional leadership and entrepreneurial responsibility

Requirements Profile

• You have several years of experience in the fiduciary sector and are accustomed to managing mandates independently and with a client-oriented approach
• A corresponding higher education, for example, Swiss federal diploma as fiduciary expert, diploma fiduciary expert, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in supporting and advising SMEs and entrepreneurs
• Initial leadership experience or enthusiasm to take on such responsibility
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident and client-oriented manner
• Interest in long-term entrepreneurial development
• Your ideal age: 33-40 years
