Customer Service & Export Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Our client is an established Swiss manufacturing company that develops and produces high-quality solutions for demanding applications. With modern technology, high expertise, and a consistent quality standard, the company operates nationally and internationally.
Role:
As a Customer Service & Export employee, you are the central contact person for national and international customers and accompany their orders from recording to delivery. You combine customer care, order processing, and export and actively contribute to the further development of processes. A versatile role with scope for design and close collaboration across various departments.
Responsibilities:
You check customer orders for completeness and feasibility, record and monitor them in the ERP system, and coordinate dates with production planning up to delivery.
You support national and international customers, handle enquiries in a solution-oriented manner, and prepare the necessary delivery and export documents.
You ensure the quality of customer and order data and support the further development and digitalisation of processes in customer service and export.
You work on cross-departmental projects and, if necessary, deputise for reception and the switchboard.
You actively contribute your experience in export, customs, and order processing and support efficient and reliable customer care.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with a technical flair or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in customer care and order processing in the B2B environment.
You have experience in international shipping and export as well as good knowledge of customs and foreign trade processes, ideally in a regulated industrial environment.
You are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office and can understand key figures and forecasts and derive appropriate measures from them.
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and convince with customer orientation, interconnected thinking, and teamwork skills.
You communicate proficiently in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
