For the Tertianum Bellerive residence in Lucerne, we are looking for a
Administration Employee 40 - 50%
Your tasks
- Attracting guests and conducting viewings for potential guests
- Daily guest administration/guest consultation
- Contact person for internal guests and external visitors
- Operating the telephone switchboard, reception
- Preparing contract documents
Your profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ and several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, CMS, SAP)
- Precise working method
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Flexible and willing to work a higher workload during holiday absences
