Forster Fruits & Vegetables AG, based in Pfaffnau LU, is a trading and logistics company in the food industry. It is part of the Forster Group AG, which also includes companies such as GEISER.agro.com ag, Terralog ag, and Bösiger Gemüsekulturen AG. Forster Fruits & Vegetables AG supplies regional gastronomy as well as wholesalers and retail trade throughout Switzerland.

Your tasks:

• Strategic procurement of the entire fruit & vegetable range
• Operational procurement of defined product groups / assortment areas
• Negotiation of prices, terms, and delivery conditions
• Supplier management and expansion of the supplier portfolio
• Analysis of market, price, and procurement developments
• Ensuring availability, quality, and optimal purchasing conditions

You bring to us:

• Completed basic training as well as purchasing experience preferably in the area of
• fruits and vegetables or the food industry
• Business management training is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office. Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV is an advantage
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, French and other
• languages desirable
• Reliable and independent working style
