Tasks

Supporting the Food Consultants in all tasks of culinary product and recipe development as well as consulting
Conducting tastings and sensory evaluation of food product and recipe samples
Writing tasting reports and culinary requirement profiles as well as recipes
Creating and testing preparation instructions
Detecting and observing food trends

Culinary basic training (chef and/or degree in food technology) as well as further training and/or professional experience in the culinary field
Passion for the diverse world of culinary arts, food & lifestyle trends, zeitgeist, innovation and their developments
High service and consulting affinity
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office skills
