What you can achieve

• You advance specialist and IT projects, coordinate participants and reliably lead evaluation processes to their goal
• You transform complex topics into convincing concepts, well-founded municipal council submissions and practical procedural documents
• You also get involved in the operational and administrative day-to-day work and ensure that ideas become concrete results

What you bring with you

• You have a tertiary-level education – ideally in Public Management, Project Management or a comparable field
• You move confidently at the interfaces of administration, project management and IT and bring together different perspectives
• Legal questions and administrative procedures arouse your curiosity
• You bring broad professional experience – preferably from an administration-related or interdisciplinary environment
• You think in networks, organise confidently and communicate clearly
• With initiative, pragmatism and team spirit, you advance topics and people
• You quickly grasp complex contexts and express them precisely and appropriately in writing – without losing sight of the big picture
