Who is Gleason Switzerland AG?

At our location in Studen BE, we develop and produce highly precise machine tool systems for the manufacture of toothed components with around 100 employees. We use various processes on our machine systems, such as hobbing, profile milling, powerskiving, or gear honing.

The components produced on our machines are used in the automotive and aerospace industries, in the robotics sector (industrial/humanoid robots), in the food industry, or in e-bikes.

Our customers include numerous well-known companies stationed globally.

The Gleason Group operates worldwide and employs more than 2400 employees around the globe. The group’s products and services include everything related to the manufacture of transmission parts: machine tools, tools, clamping devices, automation systems, measuring machines, and design software for gearboxes.

As a

Diagnostic Technician (m/f)

YOU ensure that everything meshes smoothly:

• You receive customer needs and complaints and process them
• You create telephone fault diagnoses
• You share responsibility for ensuring the timely, qualitative, and quantitative execution of customer service processes
• You support new machine projects
• You coordinate and ensure the interfaces within the Gleason group and with external companies
• You process customer orders and occasionally visit customers

You bring with you:

• Completed basic mechanical training (electrical knowledge desirable)
• Knowledge of machining processes
• Understanding of technical documentation and drawings
• Organisational talent
• Clean and structured working method
• Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge an advantage
• German and English skills, spoken and written
