Product Expert/Sales Assistant 100% (m/f)
Your tasks
- Customer support in the area of vehicle functionality: first point of contact for questions regarding vehicle functions
- Active participation in marketing campaigns as well as events and exhibitions
- Responsibility for the fleet and its presentation, as well as fleet coordination with other partner companies
- Responsibility for the showroom and exhibition area, as well as all advertisements including photos and pricing and POS systems (Autoscout24, MB website, Merbag website)
- Support in sales, especially test drives, deliveries and technical questions
Your profile
- Completed basic training in retail or commercial training with a technical flair
- Valid driving licence category B
- German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral English skills
- Independent, careful and efficient working style
- Cheerful, communicative, motivated and flexible personality
- Team player with a high level of commitment and networked thinking
