As soon as possible, we are looking for a

Sales Assistant (all genders) full-time

for our exclusive Omega Boutique in Frankfurt.

We are looking for you to:

• Advise our national and international customers when purchasing our high-quality watch and jewellery collection, ensuring a positive shopping experience through your proactive approach.
• Always keep appointments and implement quality objectives with commitment.
• Contribute to networking, building, and developing a local and international customer base.
• Ensure efficient and customer-oriented handling of all incoming customer enquiries via our CRM system.
• Participate in local customer events.
• Be responsible for the professional presentation of our products according to our guidelines and ensure optimal stock disposition and maintenance of the warehouse.
• At the same time, be an active brand ambassador for Omega.

What distinguishes you for this role:

• You have completed training in a technical or commercial field, alternatively as a watchmaker.
• You have professional experience in high-end specialist retail.
• You speak very good German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have a confident appearance and enjoy working in a team.
• You possess sound knowledge of modern quality and service methods and are passionate about precise, accurate, and systematic work.
• At the same time, you have a strong interest in service-oriented work, technical understanding, and an affinity for our brand.
