Your responsibilities
- Advice on everything related to debit cards such as usage, limits, and blocks
- Support for the TWINT app
- Processing of transactions, products, and services
- Support in the area of e-commerce and wallet payments
- Analysis of fraud cases
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or training in customer contact
- Experience in telephone customer contact and shift work is an advantage
- Flawless German and French skills; English and Italian skills are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Motivated, authentic, and customer-oriented personality
- Entry into the financial sector
