Senior Infrastructure Engineering Lead | Tech Depth ? (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Technical leadership and coordination within the engineering team focusing on the technical and organisational development of the engineers.
Responsibility for design, reliable operation, and further development of complex infrastructure platforms in the areas of Microsoft, VMware, Storage, Backup, Workplace, and VDI.
Assessment and resolution of challenging technical issues as well as planning and implementation of changes and infrastructure projects in coordination with support, customers, and external partners.
Co-design of long-term architecture, technology, and lifecycle decisions as well as continuous improvement of standards, technical concepts, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Extensive professional experience in system engineering with expertise in conception, operation, and troubleshooting of complex IT landscapes as well as in-depth expertise in at least one infrastructure discipline.
Broad technological understanding of Microsoft server and cloud environments, virtualisation, storage, backup, as well as workplace and VDI; practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and VMware is required. Citrix experience is an advantage.
Solid understanding of dependencies between infrastructure, network, and security. Explicitly not required is specialist knowledge in all areas, but the ability to assess technical interrelations comprehensively.
Proven experience in leading, coordinating, or developing employees, combined with personal responsibility, quality awareness, and structured working methods.
Strong communication skills with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners as well as very good knowledge of and good knowledge of English and/or French.
