We are immediately or by arrangement looking for a

Head of Administration & Infrastructure

(80% employment level)

We

• are a Switzerland-wide consulting company with around 80 employees
• offer specialised consulting services for the public sector
• take on temporary leadership and specialist roles in all areas of public administration through personnel leasing
• manage offices of professional associations and clubs on a mandate basis

You

• have a commercial education with several years of professional experience, ideally related to the public administration sector
• bring leadership experience in a comparable position
• are a service-oriented, confident and integral personality
• possess assertiveness, organisational talent and enjoy working with people
• are reliable, resilient and willing to occasionally work outside regular hours
• are characterised by precise, efficient and independent working methods
• have excellent German skills and ideally knowledge of another national language

Your task

• involves demanding administrative and organisational work
• includes leadership responsibility for a secretariat team with five employees and one apprentice
• covers the entire infrastructure management including room rental for courses
• includes telephone service and reception
• requires a service-oriented and confident manner
• assumes you are flexible, independent and open to new tasks
