In psychiatry, we treat people from the age of 18 who are in an acute mental crisis and whose mental illness requires inpatient care.

In our day clinic, we support people who need a supportive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic offer in everyday life, with outpatient individual and group therapies.

The psychotherapy offer is available to all patients of all hospital departments regardless of diagnosis and can also take place on an outpatient basis. Psychotherapy provides support and guidance in coping with illness, mental stress, and psychological disorders.

• Versatile key role in administrative and organisational matters
• You are responsible for the appointment coordination of the chief physician, senior physicians & consultants as well as for organising meetings and symposia
• Reorganisation and optimisation of the medical secretariats to relieve the interdisciplinary team
• Co-design and optimisation of process workflows in interprofessional collaboration
• Coordination of application processes as well as communication with internal and external bodies
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary triage system
• Planning of assistant physicians (from start to end of employment)
• Management of the electronic personnel deployment plan
• Supervision and active support of the medical secretariat with writing various reports from dictation

• Completed training as chief physician secretary (preferably with experience in psychiatry)
• Proven several years of professional experience and leadership experience in a comparable role in healthcare
• Confident German language skills as well as solid IT user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) Open and team-oriented personality with quick comprehension and the ability to think holistically
• Independent, structured and careful working style as well as excellent organisational skills
