Our Rocken partner develops and produces innovative protective solutions for temporary surface protection. As a nonwoven manufacturer and technology leader, they impress with customised products – from floor protection to sound insulation to frost and construction protection. Responsibilities:
Customer support is provided in writing and by telephone in cooperation with international sales.
You prepare quotations and the necessary information for customers.
You document customer contacts, business transactions and open activities in the CRM.
You clarify price and delivery information with the responsible internal departments.
You follow up on open offers and process outstanding feedback.
For technical questions, you coordinate the required information with specialist departments.
You keep sales documents and price lists up to date.
You prepare simple evaluations and overviews for the sales team.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship forms your professional foundation.
Initial professional experience in internal sales, export or customer service is an advantage.
You work confidently and in a structured manner with MS Office.
You quickly learn new CRM and ERP applications; proALPHA is a plus.
French language skills are an advantage.
You work reliably, organise your tasks independently and actively clarify open points.
Your German skills are very good and your English skills enable international communication.
