The Wisli Foundation, based in Bülach, has been committed for over 40 years to the social and professional integration of people with mental health impairments. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of housing, work, and labour market integration. The offer consists of various supported and accompanied living arrangements, psychiatric home care, adapted work and employment places, as well as the competence centre for labour market integration, We-Care.
For our training programmes in various fields, including training within the framework of an IV-supported professional measure, we are looking for a
Vocational Education Specialist 60% (all)
Your tasks
- Support and guidance of our apprentices, vocational trainers and practical trainers in professional matters
- Coordination of training between apprentices, trainers and specialist departments
- Recruitment and induction of new apprentices
- Planning and implementation of training events (including Welcome Day, graduation ceremony)
- Training administration and maintenance of documentation
- Participation in the further development of vocational education
Your profile
- Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) and experience in vocational education or in supporting apprentices
- Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete this
- Enjoyment in supporting and guiding adolescents and young adults (experience with people with mental health impairments is an advantage)
- Strong social, communication and counselling skills as well as a confident manner
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with good administrative and digital skills
- Good knowledge of the Swiss vocational education system and enjoyment in collaborating with vocational schools, specialist departments and other stakeholders
