Working Student: Business Innovation

Shape the energy future with us! We are a dynamic, intercultural team passionately dedicated to the decentralised, decarbonised, and digital energy future. Together, we work on developing innovative solutions for the transformation in the areas of mobility, heating, buildings, and distribution networks. As a working student in our New Business department, you are an important part of a motivated team with over 30 committed colleagues working together to shape tomorrow. If you are looking for a versatile role in a future-oriented environment, we look forward to your application! Start your working student journey from December 2026 (or by arrangement) and gain valuable experience until you complete your studies! Ideally, you will be with us for at least 12 months – let’s grow together! As a working student without previous relevant work experience, you will earn CHF 3,500 gross per month for 100%; if you already have relevant work experience, it is CHF 4,500 gross for 100%.

What to expect

• Are you curious about innovations? Then support our Business Design team with analyses and evaluations to further develop exciting ventures in the areas of flexibility, electromobility, energy communities, and energy management
• Do you want to try things out? Perfect! You design market experiments, implement them independently, and derive the next steps from the results
• Got your own business idea in mind? Great – we love entrepreneurial spirit! If you have a good idea, you can pursue it with us

What you bring

• You are studying at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences – ideally in Business Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Business Administration
• Bonus points if you already have experience with Value Proposition Design!
• You love variety and freedom but can also work independently
• Creativity is your thing? You like to get things done and are keen to engage with the topic of energy
• You speak and write confidently in German and English – perfect for communicating with the team and our partners
