For our Business Unit Occupational Safety, we are looking for a reliable and proactive person to start immediately or by arrangement, who enjoys travelling, works independently and takes responsibility.

Your tasks

• Assembly and disassembly of automatic train detection and emergency stop systems at railway construction sites throughout Switzerland
• Testing, commissioning and handover of the systems on site
• Instruction of operators in the safe handling of our systems
• Maintenance and servicing of train detection and emergency stop systems
• Periodic on-call duty, approx. every 5–7 weeks, including night and weekend shifts

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in a craft or technical profession
• Manual dexterity and good physical condition
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• You are a doer type and like to get stuck in yourself
• Willingness to work throughout Switzerland, sometimes with overnight stays away from home
• Very good German skills and good French skills are an advantage
• Valid category B driving licence is mandatory
• Driving licence for trailers up to 3.5 t is an advantage
