Main Responsibilities

Expansion of business opportunities as well as acquisition of new mandates with new and existing institutional and private investors
Comprehensive selection, structuring, and classification of our database for targeted addressing of suitable investors for existing and new products
Deepening investor relationships at all levels including a complete understanding of the respective decision-making processes
Responsibility for all aspects of the sales process up to successful onboarding and closing
Coverage of the entire Private-Market-Business-Development spectrum (Real Estate, Private Credit, Private Equity, and Private Infrastructure)
Close collaboration with the investment teams as well as ongoing updating of product knowledge
Consulting and sparring partner for clients and prospects as well as presentation of tailored solutions
Active participation in the further development of marketing and sales materials
Responsibility for handling RFPs, RFIs, and other sales-related inquiries
Active use and expansion of own professional network as well as participation in relevant conferences and industry events

Profile

Proven network and reliable personal contacts to Swiss institutional and private investors, especially pension funds
Distinctive sales personality with strong networking and communication skills
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high performance and closing orientation
High degree of self-motivation and sense of responsibility combined with a down-to-earth attitude
Convincing, flexible, and able to act on different hierarchy and conversation levels
Excellent academic and professional background
Fluent in German (Swiss German) and very good English skills
