Main tasks
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms, handling laundry, and managing guest belongings
- Follow detailed instructions and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Professional communication with guests and colleagues to ensure a respectful and efficient working environment
- Ensure impeccable personal appearance and consistently neat work attire
- Punctuality, flexibility, and good time management are required to adapt to the fast work pace
- Split shifts may be necessary depending on the schedule; overtime is likely during the high season
- A strong work ethic and a high level of commitment are essential to succeed in this role

About the position
- Career growth opportunities: Internal assessments after 12-16 weeks to specialise in positions such as chambermaid, laundry service, and more

- Working hours: 43.5 hours/week; shifts include early mornings and night shifts, with overtime as needed
- Fair remuneration: A time management system ensures accurate accounting of overtime and unused holiday days
- Accommodation and meals: Basic accommodation in the region as well as three meals per day (meal costs will be charged)
