Your tasks
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable IT & application architectures.
- Develop architecture, integration, and solution concepts within the company.
- Advise hospital IT and management with a focus on service orientation and KISIM as a Service.
- Develop and represent technical product visions and solution proposals considering customer requirements and translate customer needs into suitable product architectures.
- Technical evaluation and integration of partner offers and suppliers into the overall architecture.
- Monitor the ICT market and continuously acquire new technology-driven value creation approaches such as modern cloud computing, AI, and new ICT solutions.
- Develop quality standards in ICT architectures in collaboration with QM and CISO.
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Solution Architect in a customer-oriented environment, ideally eHealth.
- Comprehensive experience in application landscapes, network, cloud, security, and infrastructure.
- Completed studies in computer science, medical informatics, or a comparable field.
- Solid knowledge in operating complex on-premise environments.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, as well as a very structured approach.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and leadership qualities.
- Win-win mentality with a focus on solutions that benefit all parties involved.
- Very good communication skills with the ability to convey complex content appropriately and understandably to the target audience.
- Structured presentation of content and confident leadership of discussions/meetings.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; French and English are advantageous.
