Senior Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the stable operation and availability of demanding customer infrastructures
Administration and further development of Microsoft, Citrix, and virtualisation environments
Analysis and resolution of technical faults and system issues including ongoing monitoring
Planning and implementation of changes as well as technical adjustments within customer environments
Carrying out maintenance, optimisations, and documentation while considering high service requirements
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in IT system engineering or in managing complex infrastructure environments
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure
Experience with Citrix, virtualisation, storage, and backup solutions
Good knowledge of network and firewall technologies as well as technical troubleshooting
Very good German and English skills, driving licence category B, and a strong customer and service orientation
