Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as an ICT Senior Network Engineer and have already gained experience in this field. In this role, you take responsibility for the network infrastructure and ensure it operates efficiently and securely. You are responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining network solutions and work closely with other teams to develop innovative solutions. Your goal is to keep the network technology up to date and support our customers with smart solutions. You are an important part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to continuously expand your skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Network & Security Engineer, you plan, implement and maintain next-generation firewall solutions and networks
You inspire our customers through high customer satisfaction
In this role, you develop requirements together with customers and create tailored network and security concepts
You realise demanding ICT projects in the area of network and security
In this role, you conduct customer training and support the optimal use of the implemented solutions
You take responsibility for troubleshooting, system optimisation and continuous development
Qualifications:
- You have a completed basic IT education in system technology or a comparable qualification
- You bring at least five years of professional experience with a focus on firewall and network products
- You have solid know-how in network, routing, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP, firewall, VPN and wireless LAN
- You hold certifications such as Fortinet NSE4, Cisco CCNA or comparable qualifications
- You are characterised by strong customer orientation, independent and structured working methods as well as enjoyment of teamwork
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills
