Sales Assistant T.O.C. (m/f/d), 100%

Your tasks:

• Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, etc.
• Advising customers and suppliers
• Supporting sales and quotation processes
• Assisting customers during vehicle inspections and test drives
• Recording technical data of delivered vehicles
• Data maintenance in the intranet, managing vehicle files
• Processing residual value enquiries
• Maintaining and managing online platforms

Your profile:

• Technical training with commercial understanding or commercial training with a technical flair
• Interest in a varied all-round role
• Independent working and organisational talent
• Proactive thinking
• Team player
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluent German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Category C driving licence is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• High level of reliability as well as friendly and considerate manner, including on the phone
