About the job
What you achieve:
- Responsibility for generating, qualifying and forwarding leads to the sales units as well as CRM & market development (for end customers, partners, direct sales and corporate customers), sales support (for direct sales, corporate customers and partners)
- Personnel and professional leadership and further development of the Lead Management and Sales Support team
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase the lead conversion rate
- Ensuring a coordinated approach across all channels/teams, including Lead Partner
- KPI-based reporting and continuous process improvement
Why you succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed degree in business administration, marketing, sales management or a comparable qualification, you bring several years of experience in sales, channel management and/or lead management, ideally in a leadership role
- You convince with your strong communication skills, strategic thinking as well as your hands-on mentality and with your leadership competence you manage to motivate and develop your team
- Your pronounced analytical and organisational skills as well as your experience in dealing with CRM systems complete your profile
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing, French is desirable, any additional language is a plus
