Export Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) – 80% - 100%

Your tasks:

• Support and advice for our international customers
• Coordination and processing of orders from order to delivery
• Organisation of international transports and preparation or checking of the required export documents
• Preparation of quotations
• Receipt and handling of complaints with the help of the supervisor and/or
  product manager
• Support of the Area Sales Manager Export in the care and development of international markets
• Maintenance of customer and sales data in the ERP system
• General administrative and organisational tasks in the export area

Your profile:

• Experience in customer service export or in a comparable function
• Enjoyment in contact with customers and business partners from different countries
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of coordinating tasks
• Good MS Office and ideally ERP knowledge
• Very good English and German skills, French an advantage
• Team-oriented personality
• High resilience and flexibility
