Internal Sales Employee with Focus on Leadership Role (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You are independently responsible for managing a defined customer base.
- You ensure that offers and orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
- You communicate proactively with your customers and maintain a good relationship with them.
- You identify and address customer needs and ensure they are met.
- You work closely with the field sales team to achieve sales targets together.
- You analyse sales data to recognise trends and patterns.
- You resolve complaints quickly and straightforwardly.
- You perform administrative tasks, such as creating customer data or processing invoices.
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training.
- You have several years of professional experience in internal sales.
- You are confident in using MS Office and experienced with ERP systems.
- You have good communication and teamwork skills.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
- You are customer-oriented and have negotiation skills.
- You speak German and French fluently; English and Italian are advantageous.
