Your tasks

• Operational responsibility on various construction sites for the implementation of the site manager's specifications
• Leadership and support of assigned employees, including the creation and implementation of weekly and daily planning
• Ensuring the needs-based and timely deployment of construction inventory, machinery, etc. on site
• Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and enforcement of regulations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a road builder or a comparable qualification as well as a further qualification as foreman / supervisor
• Relevant professional experience in the construction industry as well as in operational staff management
• Organisational skills and the ability to respond flexibly to unforeseen challenges
• Complex construction projects motivate you
