Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
- Order processing from A to Z (orders, deliveries, invoices, etc.)
- Organizational and administrative support of the sales department
- Creating quotations and obtaining offers from suppliers
- Supporting account managers in tenders
- Deal registrations with manufacturers
- Maintenance and management of inventory management
- Reception support
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision/Dynamics 365 BC is an advantage)
- Professional experience in back office
- Interest in IT products and technical flair
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Very good PC user skills
- You are a committed and independent personality
- You are dynamic, flexible, and digitally savvy
