Architect ETH/FH as Project Manager in Project Development

Tasks

• You see building for the city of Zurich as an opportunity to promote and sustainably further develop public building culture.
• You develop viable and promising foundations for future construction tasks through strategic planning and feasibility studies.
• You organise fair and transparent planner selection and competition procedures to find the best possible projects and partners.
• You are responsible for client-side project management of smaller public construction tasks in the planning and execution phases.

Profile

• Experience and competence in project development
• Confident architectural judgement and competence in constructive problem-solving for complex issues
• High service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Goal-oriented and independent working style, experience with BIM is an advantage
• Persuasiveness, initiative, teamwork skills and strong communication
