About the job
With the opening of the first SportHub in Switzerland, we have created a unique concept for the fitness and sports industry: Similar to a co-working space, a fitness center is being established in Bernapark in collaboration with regional sports service providers and clubs. High quality in all areas and a personal approach at eye level are our main focus.
We are looking for young, committed sports enthusiasts who are ready to take responsibility in a dynamic environment and actively help shape the further development of the Kraftakt SportHub.
Your tasks
- Creating training plans
- Customer support throughout the entire training process
- Conducting introductory training sessions
- Sale of subscriptions
- Monitoring training and achievement of goals
- Administrative tasks at the reception, answering the phone, collecting payments
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the studio
- Participation in further training
Your profile
- Specialist in Movement and Health Promotion EFZ (desirable), health trainer industry certificate or equivalent qualification (EBQ 4)
- BLS-AED certificate (mandatory)
- Reliability
- Social competence
- Identification with the Kraftakt SportHub and the community spirit
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Open and committed personality
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Sales flair
- Service-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of German
