• Professional leadership and development of the field of Social Work in Schools/School Social Pedagogy
• Module responsibility for the module Social Work in Schools as well as further teaching in the BA Social Work including supervision of student work
• Program management and teaching in the continuing education CAS Social Work in Schools
• Acquisition and management of applied research and service projects in the field of Social Work in Schools/School Social Pedagogy
• Networking and publication activities in the field of Social Work

• Master's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences (PhD advantageous)
• At least 3 years of professional experience outside of universities and good networking in the field
• Solid knowledge in the field of Social Work in Schools
• Experience in project management, successful acquisition and implementation of research, service, or practice projects desired
• Digital and didactic skills and teaching experience at university level
• Self-responsibility, commitment, communication and teamwork skills
